Restructuring and Modernization of Agricultur e (ARMA) - was established in 1994 to promote the development of agriculture and rural development. ARMA has been designated by th e Polish Government to act as the accredited paying agency. Deals with the implementation of instruments, co-financed by the European Union budget and assist with domestic funds. Agency, as a performer agricultural policy, working closely with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. ARMA is subject to both the supervision of the Ministry of Finance to manage public funds.
